Operational Procedures
- Survey of the units for assessing the security requirements. Survey will be done after identification of the threat perception/security concerns of the client.
- Discussion with the client security manager and finalize the deployment pattern.
- Selection of suitable persons for deployment.
- Deployment, preparation of post instructions, and close monitoring of the performance of each post by Global’s operation staff.
- Weekly meeting with client’s security manager in the initial stages to review the performance & firm up the deployment.
- Routine checks as well as surprise checks by our operations staff and submission of reports.
- Review meeting with our senior operations staff where required.
